ADMISSION OPEN- Jr.Kg 2024-25

Kindly note that the admission for Jr.Kg for session 2024-25 is open. Only the students born between 1.06.2019 and 31.05.2020 can apply.

Parents are informed to follow the procedure given below regarding admission for Jr.Kg (2024-2025)

1. Google form link for admission will be available for Admission to Jr.Kg. ONLY for children born between 1.06.2019 and 31.05.2020.
2. Google link will be available from 25^th November 2023.
3. Overage and underage forms will not be considered. Kindly fill the Google form if the age of your ward is as per the age criteria given above.

5. Google form link is not Admission form, it does not guarantee the admission
6. Parents are requested to fill only one Google form. Duplicate forms will not be considered. In case more than one form is filled, the first one will be considered, others will be treated as cancelled.
7. Once the Google registration is done, we will intimate the short listed parents through email. Shortlisted candidates parents will be informed the date and timing to come to school to fill the Registration form. Parents will have to fill the required form on the same day. Both the parents along with their child have to be present on the day of registration. No change in the date will be entertained. Parents need to carry the original as well as photocopy of Aadhar Card and Birth Certificate of the child. Filling the registration form does not guarantee admission.
8. School authorities will not be responsible if you do not receive the email or for not checking the mail and missing the date. No inquires will be attended to in such cases. No request for the change of date will be entertained.
9. Communication will be only through Email, thus all are requested to give the correct Email ID. No inquiry or complaint will be accepted in case correct Email ID is not given.
10. The admission process will continue till the seats are available.
11. The admissions are decided in accordance with the criteria and guidelines suggested by the CBSE. We run the school on the guidelines provided by DAV CMC. Management’s decision will be final and no query regarding admission will be attended.
12. There is no Management or Recommendation quota. The concerned guardians are clearly informed that no recommendation letter will be accepted/ considered even if sent by post. It will be treated as parent’s act of bringing undue pressure on us. In fact, we want only such parents, who are ready to co-operate, and remain away from bringing undue pressure. We will be grateful to all parents for not embracing us through recommendations.
13. The admissions are for limited seats. The admissions are finalized in accordance with the criteria like-the category of the parent, age, distance, health of the child, the current class and school in which the child is studying, parents’ education and occupation etc.
14. The school timings will be 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 a.m. from Monday to Friday for Jr. Kg. Saturday and Sunday will be holidays.
15. Admitted candidates’ classes will start from March/ April 2024 (Proposed).
16. Regretted or Rejected candidates parents need not come to meet the school authorities, as we will not be able to attend to them.
